Cork Mosaic Tile is the
forward-thinking
green architectural
finish material made from the byproduct of the wine stopper industry. Cork chips
are fashioned by hand onto sheets making Cork Mosaic easy to install to floors
and walls. Cork Mosaic is installed utilizing tile thinset adhesive, sealed with a water-based polyurethane
and finished with tile grout. These installation products are available at your Home Depot or Lowes.
Cork has many benefits; it is warm, soft on the feet and
back, slip resistant, low maintenance, anti-bacterial………..and best of all it is a
renewable resource, safe for our planet and better for your health!!
Suitable for installations to bathrooms, showers, backsplashes, all
residential and commercial floors and walls. This material is suitable for use
in wet areas and it provides for great slip resistance.
We offer 1″ Cork Mosaic Tile in
the NATURAL COLOR. Please note
that the material is supplied on face mounted mosaic sheets that measure approx. 12″ x 12″ nominal*. In this listing you purchase by the box full only.

Easy to install, many of our customers install the material themselves. The
installation procedures are the same just as ceramic, marble or porcelain
tiles. Detailed installation instructions will be included with the order.

Cork Mosaic Tile is supplied in NATURAL
finish, allowing you to stain to a color using a water-based stain product or
simply varnishing it for the beautiful variation of cork’s natural color.
Available in a 1″ diameter penny round chip size, on sheets measuring
approx. 12″ x 12″ x 1/4″ thick nominal* (actual sheet size: 30 x
30 cm). We recommend you order at least 15-20% added waste. Suitable for
Floors, Walls, Bathrooms, Kitchens, Backsplashes, Feature Walls and Accent
Walls! This is the newest in cork tile flooring! Reminiscent of the classical
penny round mosaic tile floors. 100% Natural & Anti Bacterial!
*Please note regarding the sheet size
of this material; the term “nominal” in size refers to an approximate
size and does not take into account metric conversions nor manufacturing
tolerances. Therefore Cork Mosaic Tile is supplied on 12″ x 12″
“nominal” sheets or 30 x 30 cm actual, give or take slightly for
manufacturing tolerances. This is common in the tile industry, and it is
recommended you consider at least 10-15% more for added waste.
Shipping is by USPS PARCEL MAIL OR UPS GROUND SERVICE WITH TRACKING!. We normally ship the same day. Delivery
time to East Coast of the USA is 2-3 days, and to the West Coast of the USA is
5-7 days. Included with the shipment will be a copy of the installation
